How do Home KPIs work?
Project KPIs use per-rival averages versus Your brand. Spiderlook does not total metrics across rivals into a single misleading sum.
If Your brand is missing, add it before expecting full Home usefulness and Ask Spidey.
What do you see on Home?
- Open Signals — act on conclusions first.
- Ask band — green Ask Spidey entry on Home.
- Latest Activity — recent publishes and changes.
- Battlecard pending — when a rival has suggested updates to review.
What is the daily rhythm?
After each daily scan, skim open Signals, open movers on Rivals, and clear battlecard suggestions before client updates. Use Refresh only when one rival must be newer than the last daily run.
