Plans are usage bundles that cover daily scans, Refresh, and Spiderlook AI for your organization.
What does a Plan include?
See current bundles on the pricing page. Usage covers scheduled daily scans, manual refreshes, and Ask Spidey. Rival limits and extras follow the published plan rules. Docs never list prices here — open Pricing for amounts.
Where do I manage billing in the app?
Manage subscription and invoices under Organization Settings → Billing. Change plan, choose yearly when offered, open the Polar customer portal for invoices, and return with checkout=success after payment.
What happens with top-ups and exhausted usage?
Buy a one-time top-up when a busy month burns through the allowance. Unused top-ups typically carry over per plan rules. Exhausted usage shows banners and blocks Refresh and Ask Spidey until you top up or the monthly allowance resets.
When do scans activate?
Rivals stay pending until the organization can run scans — usually after plan activation. Awaiting activation protects you from empty crawls before billing is ready. After activation, statuses move to scanning and then ready.
