How often does Spiderlook scan?
Spiderlook runs scheduled daily scans on sources with daily scans enabled, plus manual Refresh when you need a newer read. It is not real-time monitoring.
What is Your brand vs a Rival?
Your brand is the self competitor used for vs-you KPIs and Ask Spidey. Rivals are competitors you track. Benchmarks are optional reference peers.
Is MCP different from Ask Spidey?
Ask Spidey is in-app chat. MCP connects external clients like Claude and ChatGPT to the same project intelligence via tools. Claude should start from the Claude directory; ChatGPT uses the MCP endpoint with OAuth.
What happens when usage is exhausted?
Refresh and Ask Spidey pause until the allowance renews or you buy a top-up. Scheduled daily scans follow plan rules shown in Billing.
