Know when a competitor changes their website, and why it matters
Add a rival's site and the pages you care about: pricing, product, homepage, comparison pages. Spiderlook scans them daily and flags the changes worth your attention.

What website changes does Spiderlook track?
For each rival you add their site URL and any watched pages. Typical watched pages:
- Pricing pages: new plans, renamed tiers, changed packaging
- Product and feature pages: new capabilities, retired features, new screenshots
- Homepage: headline and positioning changes
- Comparison and alternative pages: who they are targeting now
- Careers, partner or industry pages: early hints of where they're expanding
After each daily scan, meaningful changes appear in the rival's Website tab and in the Activity feed filtered to Website.
How is this different from a website change monitor?
A page monitor tells you a page changed. Spiderlook tells you what a competitor is doing.
Website changes sit next to everything else
A new pricing page appears in the same feed as the ads and LinkedIn posts that launched it.
Signals, not diffs
Spiderlook highlights meaningful changes and patterns across rivals instead of alerting on every pixel.
Evidence on file
Every change is stored with the date it was found, so you can show your team when it happened.
Built into your battlecards
When a rival changes pricing or positioning, the battlecard gets a suggested update.
How often are competitor websites checked?
Every day. Daily scans run each morning. If you hear about a launch and want a newer read, run a manual Refresh on that rival. A full rescan takes about 30 minutes.
What can I do with website change data?
- 01React to pricing moves before prospects bring them up on calls
- 02Catch repositioning
a new homepage headline often comes before a new campaign
- 03Track who they're targeting
new comparison or alternative pages show which competitors they want to win against
- 04Brief leadership
your weekly report summarizes the changes that mattered, with links to the evidence
Can I ask questions about competitor website changes?
Yes. Ask Spidey in the app, or connect ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Notion, PostHog and any other client that supports MCP. Ask "What did Rival X change on their pricing page this quarter?" and get an answer based on the stored pages.
Can I focus on the changes that matter?
Yes. Focus chips tell Spiderlook which themes to prioritize on a noisy source, so Signals stay useful. Turn daily scans off for rivals or pages you no longer care about. Collected history stays.
