Product / Ad tracking

Track your competitors' Meta and Google ads without living in ad libraries

Spiderlook scans each rival's public Meta and Google ads every day. You get the new creatives, offers and messaging changes in one place, with the ad itself one click away.

What we track

What does Spiderlook track in competitor ads?

For each rival you connect Meta Ads, Google Ads or both. After every daily scan, the rival's Ads tab shows:

  • New creatives since the last scan
  • New or changed offers
  • Messaging themes the rival is pushing right now
  • Format mix, so you can see which formats the rival leans on

Every item is evidence: open it and you see the stored creative, not a paraphrase.

Beyond the ad libraries

How is this different from checking the ad libraries myself?

The Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center show you what is running. They don't tell you what changed, and they don't remember last week for you. Spiderlook does that part:

One view across rivals

Every rival's ads sit in one Activity feed you can filter to Ads.

Change, not volume

Signals point out meaningful shifts, like a new offer, a new angle or a jump in creatives, instead of listing every ad.

History you can cite

Each ad stays in the rival's timeline, so you can show a client or your team exactly when a campaign started.

Daily scans

How fresh is the ad data?

Spiderlook runs daily scans every morning. If something big is happening, run a manual Refresh on that rival for a newer read. A full rescan takes about 30 minutes. Coverage reflects what Meta and Google expose publicly at scan time.

Put it to work

What can I do with competitor ad data?

  1. 01
    Brief creative teams

Pull the three newest angles a rival is testing before your next sprint.

  2. 02
    Spot launches early

A burst of new creatives on one product line is often the first public sign of a push.

  3. 03
    Update sales positioning

When a rival changes its offer, the battlecard gets a suggested update you can accept or dismiss.

  4. 04
    Ask questions

Ask Spidey, or your own AI through MCP, ‘What changed in Rival X's ads this month?’ and get an answer grounded in the stored ads.

Compare

Can I compare ads across competitors?

Yes. Compare mode lines rivals up side by side: share of voice, formats and timing. Use it to see who is spending attention where, then open the evidence behind any number.

One timeline

Does it only cover ads?

No. Ads are one source. The same rival can include Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and its website. That way an ad push lines up with the landing page change and the social posts that went out the same week.

MCP ready
